CRICKET PROTEIN SHAKE

INGREDIENTS :

  • 1 tbsp of Cricket Powder

  • 1 tbsp of peanut butter

  • 300ml of milk

RECIPE :

  • Shake everything until obtaining a homogeneous mixture

CRICKET BANANA BREAD

INGREDIENTS :

  • 200g of butter

  • 200g of sugar

  • 4 eggs

  • 150g of flour

  • 50g of Cricket Powder

  • 1 banana

RECIPE :

  • Preheat the oven to 175°C (350°F).

  • Blanch the butter and sugar. Add the whole eggs one by one while mixing. Add the flour and cricket powder, and continue to beat gently. Add the banana.

  • Put the mixture in a pastry bag, and fill the financier molds.

  • Bake for 30 minutes.
