CRICKET PROTEIN SHAKE
INGREDIENTS :
1 tbsp of Cricket Powder
1 tbsp of peanut butter
300ml of milk
RECIPE :
Shake everything until obtaining a homogeneous mixture
CRICKET BANANA BREAD
INGREDIENTS :
200g of butter
200g of sugar
4 eggs
150g of flour
50g of Cricket Powder
1 banana
RECIPE :
Preheat the oven to 175°C (350°F).
Blanch the butter and sugar. Add the whole eggs one by one while mixing. Add the flour and cricket powder, and continue to beat gently. Add the banana.
Put the mixture in a pastry bag, and fill the financier molds.
Bake for 30 minutes.
